A New Community in Frederick County

The Reserve at Winchester’s first phase will introduce 186 apartment homes on approximately 13 acres. It is the beginning of a planned, two-phase community totaling 444 homes, expanding rental options for people looking to make their home in the Winchester area.

In-home washers and dryers will simplify laundry day, while private patios or balconies will provide a place to step outside and unwind.

Located along Crossover Boulevard, The Reserve at Winchester will provide immediate access to Front Royal Pike, also known as U.S. 522, and Interstate 81.

Looking Ahead to Summer 2027

The Reserve at Winchester is being built by Cathcart Construction and will be professionally managed by Cathcart Property Management. Both are part of The Cathcart Group, which brings more than four decades of experience in development, construction, and property management.
